Reporting a conversion problem
Include the converter's page name, your browser and device, the settings you selected, the exact error message, and what you expected to happen. A small non-sensitive example can help reproduce a problem. Do not send confidential artwork or personal documents.
SVG files can depend on fonts or external resources, and JPG compression can introduce noise during tracing. Describing the source and settings is more useful than sending only a screenshot of the final error.
Privacy and advertising
Use the same address for a privacy question or a proposed advertising placement. Do not send passwords, verification codes or payment details. Email is handled by the email service provider, rather than by an on-site form. See the privacy policy for information about this site's data practices.
